Julia Brown is a well-rounded individual having been raised as a “military brat.” Her upbringing gave her the opportunity to immerse herself in different cultures and architectures around the world. Architecture is typically influenced by natural surroundings, and she believes Oklahoma is one of nature’s most unique creations. This knowledge and admiration have provided Julia with invaluable insight into a competitive, and oftentimes confusing, market. Julia has worked in a customer service-driven industry her entire working life, to include property management and insurance.
In 2018, her friend talked her into “taking another state exam” and “trying real estate,” so she did! At first, Julia wasn’t sure where to begin, but her understanding of the previous industries had afforded her numerous resources and in return has given her clients an advantage in the current market. Knowledge is nothing without the ability to know how to apply it.
Julia married her best friend, Ben, in September of 2019 in Washington, OK. He has his pilot’s license & she enjoys co-piloting with him. Currently, they do not have any children, but they do have two very loved (and spoiled) dogs. Zeus is a shepherd/heeler mix with a “ball and food is life” mentality & Thor is a Dane/lab mix with an “Everybody is my friend & I’m ten pounds” mentality. Julia often describes Zeus as neurotic and Thor as docile, but the two get along as well as any siblings.
Marilyn Monroe sums up her life perfectly with “I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they’re right…and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.” Life is ever-changing, and sometimes even the best laid plans fall apart, but that is okay; “things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they’re right.” Julia understands life happens and is ready to make that something better fall together for her client.
